Authentication
In this section we explain how to log in, sign up and recover your account in Maitimes. You can access with your personal credentials or through Google or Microsoft accounts.
Log in
To access your account you have three options:
- Email address or username + password
- Google account (botón )
- Microsoft account (botón )
If you enter valid credentials, you will be taken directly to your dashboard. In case of an error, check that the information is correct or use the password recovery option.
Forgot your password?
Si no puedes acceder a tu cuenta, haz clic en "¿Olvidaste tu contraseña?" desde la pantalla de inicio de sesión.
Step by step to recover your account:
- Haz clic en el enlace "¿Olvidaste tu contraseña?"
- Enter your email address registered
- You will receive an email with a recovery link
- Open the link to set a new password
Account registration
Si no tienes cuenta, puedes registrarte desde la opción "Registrarse" en la parte inferior del formulario de inicio de sesión. Existen dos opciones:
Student or independent teacher registration
Simple form with the following fields:
- Name
- Last name
- Username (unique)
- Email address
- Password and confirmation
Organization or educational institution registration
In addition to personal fields, organization data are requested:
- Company name
- Company logo (optional)
- Address
- Phone
- Contact email
- Tax ID (NIF) (Tax identification number)
This type of account enables specific features to manage groups (classes), manage users and assign content.
Security and protection
All login data and passwords are protected through secure encryption. In addition:
- Forms are validated against common errors
- Simultaneous access from multiple devices is not allowed if we detect suspicious activity
- You can log out from your dashboard at any time
