Maitimes Terms and Conditions of Use

These terms and conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms”) govern the use of our learning-focused software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, which is based on artificial intelligence and big data. By accessing our platform and using our services, you agree to comply fully with these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the provisions set out here, we recommend that you do not use our platform. Your continued access to and use of our services means that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

Maitimes grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use our platform in accordance with these Terms. This licence is intended for both personal and commercial use, always within the scope permitted by your subscription.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Maitimes immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.

Subscriptions will be renewed automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation will not give rise to refunds of fees already paid, and access will continue until the end of the current period.

All intellectual property related to the platform (software, graphics, logos, designs, content) is owned by Maitimes or its licensors. You do not acquire any rights to these materials by using the platform.

You retain the rights to the content you upload. However, by doing so, you grant Maitimes a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify and display such content in order to operate and improve the platform.

Use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information. By using the platform, you agree to the terms of that Policy.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access and to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of your data.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Maitimes does not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. You use it at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maitimes shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Córdoba, Spain.
